Q : How do you say Jollyroo?

A : It's Jolly - as in jolly happy, and Roo it's like saying too... so it's [jol-ee][roo]
Q : What is Jollyroo?
A : Jolly means Happy, and all we want is for you to simply be happy when enjoying our cakes. Roo... well it's a calling that Becky got, back when she was in high school. So in way it's more like an identity.
Q : What do you sell?
A : So far, only cupcakes. But we do have bigger vision on making other sweet stuff. :)
Q : What's your best Seller?
A : It varies, people who likes fruity flavor will usually like Red Velvet & Blueberry, but the chocolate cravers would love Gooey, Dark Rainbow and Mint. So we suggest you to find your most favorite. :P
Q : What's your topping?
A : Our topping is based on cream cheese, every flavor contains cream cheese
Q : Do you use food coloring?
A : only on Red Velvet cake and Mint cake... the rest is free from food coloring.
Q : Why does the Banana & Carrot cupcakes looks moist?
A : Carrot and Banana contains more water, the cake will not rise as like the other flavor.
Q : How do we store our cupcakes?
A : Because the use of Cream Cheese, we suggest to keep it on a tight container and in a cool place, and if you are planning to keep it longer, put it on the freezer. The cake will dry faster if you put it in the bottom side of the refrigirator.
Q : How long does cupcakes expires?
A : If you cool it, it can take to 6 days. If in room temperature, it can take to 3 days.
Q : Do you take decoration order on cupcakes?
A : yes, only if it doesn't interfere the real taste of the cake and the cream. So usually we only do lettering and edible print for chocolate that are neatly put on top of the cake.
Q : How much does it cost?
A : Depends on how you asked for it and the amount of the order.
Q : Why Deliver only on Friday?
A : So far, weekend is often crowded with orders, so we offer to deliver on friday so you can enjoy it on the weekends.
Q : Do you deliver on any other day?
A : I must confess, i have a daily job  :D... so I won't be able to fulfill the delivery requests, but if you live in the surroundings area like Bintaro, Pondok Indah & Kebayoran Lama, i would gladly to drop by.
